4. Provision to Third Parties

Except as required by law, the Cooperative will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual. However, in the following cases we may provide it to the extent necessary for the performance of our operations:

• Hiring companies to which job seekers are referred
• Organizations accepting specified skilled foreign workers
• The Immigration Services Agency and other government agencies
• Affiliated experts and support organizations
• Related organizations to which provision is required by law

5. Security Management

The Cooperative takes necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, damage, or unauthorized access to personal information. We also appropriately supervise employees and contractors who handle personal information.

6. Outsourcing

The Cooperative may outsource the handling of personal information to external parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor.

7. Disclosure, Correction and Deletion

When an individual requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of their retained personal data, we will respond appropriately in accordance with the law.
